SHOP FOREMAN

Joe brings extensive knowledge and expertise to Roundel Autoworks. He has over 18 years experience working exclusively on BMW and Mini Cooper. He graduated from the BMW Service Technician Education Program (STEP) in 2007 and later achieved Master Level Technician while working at the dealership. Joe is passionate about his job and takes pride in keeping his customers safe on the road. He enjoys driving his 135i at autocross events and mountain biking around the Bay Area.

SHOP MANAGER

Formally trained as a Pharmacist—Ashley is passionate about helping people. As a BMW enthusiast she understands the sentimental connection you may have with your car. She loves spending time with family, trying new restaurants around the Bay Area, yoga, and cuddling with Sara.

SHOP DOG

Sara is a rescue from Contra Costa Animal Services. She loves eating, heated blankets, and cuddling. Sara adores all humans big or small. Sara asks you to consider adopting your best friend from a local shelter.
